An Ephemeral Fairytale:

Wedding at Chateau de Tourreau

Wedding inspiration at Chateau de Tourreau, South of France

Inspired by the natural beauty that abounds on the grounds of the historic chateau de Tourreau, with its sprawling gardens awash in an array of flowers and shrubs and a courtyard lined with water features. Both the event design and photo shoot were intended as a tribute to the château's beauty, meant to evoke an aura of ephemeral loveliness epitomized by the estate's grounds.

The design evoked an aura of ephemeral loveliness epitomized by Tourreau's grounds. Talented Letter a Elise incorporated the region's signature pastel-colored seasonal flowers ranging from soft pinks to pale yellows, evoking a sense of freshness, youthfulness and natural beauty. Then, carefully selected greenery from Photinia trees, with its characteristic flame-coloured leaves came in to complement to the pastel florals, creating a harmonious contrast that evokes the energy of the surrounding countryside. Carefully selected greenery from Photinia, with its characteristic flame-coloured leaves was the perfect complement to the pastel florals, creating a harmonious blend of colours that evoked the energy of the surrounding countryside. The dining table was adorned with a stunning tablecloth featuring a delicate woven floral pattern.

The attire reflected the chateau's refined elegance and joie de vivre. The bride dazzled in a sophisticated gown by Naeem Khan for the ceremony, then slipped into an effortless Elizabeth Fillmore design for the festivities.

As a finale fit for royalty, the happy couple departed in a vintage MG roadster, cruising down the tree-lined lane to discover the treasures that awaited them outside the chateau gates - sunshine, countryside vistas and memories to last a lifetime, born from the very soul of Chateau de Tourreau.

Andreas

I travel the globe photographing life’s important events, weddings, and editorial shoots. I care deeply for each couple's love story as a worthy and unique piece of art. My photography is intimate and fashion-forward, with a painterly old-world charm, and infused with meaning and a sense of purpose.

I serve discerning clients from over 20 countries, and also teach remarkable photographers all over the world, aiming to inspire a new generation of artists to build thriving brands and use their Art as a platform for positive change.

My work stems from an overwhelming desire to advocate for empathy, empowerment, and the spreading of kindness. I hope that by showing all the goodness that exists in the world, I might help make the world a bit better, ever so slightly, because I can imagine nothing more powerful than two humans in love!
